Coach Isaac who has made his way through the years coaching and striving to put the kids of Hawaii on the map. As Part of Ruthless 808 Football Team, He has helped lead and assist these teams to multiple championships, and helped get the boys in various opportunities on and off the field. An official recruiter for Raising Champions, a NIL collective created and ran by Galu Tagovailoa

At Nex-Gen, we began as a passionate group of parents and a dedicated coach, united by common goal: to help our kids achieve their dreams. Recognizing the need for programs balance education and athletic training, we set out to create opportunities for our talented youth right here in Hawaii. We understand that not everyone can relocate to access top programs, which is why we’re to shining a light on our local athletes and providing them with the development they deserve. Join us in nurturing the next generation of sports talent!
What We Do
Welcome to our innovative program designed to balance education and athletic training, fostering the next generation of student-athletes. We’ve assembled a dedicated group of some of the most talented young players, committed to achieving their dreams within a supportive environment. Our tutoring program caters specifically to students in homeschooling, while our partnership with E.P.I.C training development introduces the EPIC Academy—empowering kids with essential career-building skills. We aim to break the cycle of traditional schooling, equipping our youth with entrepreneurial knowledge to thrive independent leaders in their communities.

"Bakers Dozen"
Class Of 2030. These boys have played together under the leadership of Coach Ike for seasons and some of them even more. They have won Clash on the Islands 24', and currently on a win streak of 4 youth championship titles under the Ruthless 808 Football Club. Have placed runner up in the last 3 islands best Tournaments .

Jonah Welch
University of Hawaii alum, Team Captain, Poly Bowl Alum, All state Defensive Lineman and owner and operator of "Elite Pass Rush" Jonah Welch who excelled at his position with his speed and agility is helping our boys with what set him apart of from the competition.
Tony Scotty
Tony Scotty who is helping us not only develop as a non-profit , he is laying he ground work for Next Generation Academy bring knowledge that kids would utilize outside of sports.
Jensen Park
Former Major League Baseball Outfielder who made a name for himself as a power hitter is currently a Fitness trainer and with his knowledge in training and the experience of making it to the pros, he will be overseeing our boys in strength and conditioning.
